Within each of us is the Place of
Peace from where all bounty flows. And yet, in
the daily activity of our busy lives, we can be
easily distracted from this Source of renewal.
Indeed, we often run from it! Yet, whatever our
conditioning or life circumstances, we can learn
to access this inner sanctuary on a more sustained
basis and let love be revealed.
Even though our challenges may
sometimes seem daunting, or there may be a nagging
question that wants an answer, when we’re
ushered into a deeply relaxed state, a space is
provided for something to shift and open. In private
sessions we employ energy healing or hypnotherapy
as a way to by-pass the busy mind and get in touch
with the deeper nature of health issues, old patterns
of thinking or reacting, insights into relationships
– remembering that a “restriction”
can be an opportunity for release and forgiveness,
and our ability to see the larger picture.
We can learn to be less & less
affected by outer events as we refine certain
practices that keep us centered and connected
to the inner prompting that is true and steady.
At The Inner Eye, you can also learn simple ways
to de-stress, release anxiety and center yourself
easily and quickly in your daily life. Customized
tapes are done for specific applications.
